Vascular treatments PDF Print E-mail

There are diverse types of vascular skin changes which fundamentally differ in terms of their morphological and histological properties. Areas of application of the diode laser include the treatment of spider veins and hemangiomas.

The application is non-invasive and is usually carried out without anaesthesia.

Telangiectatic rosacea (broken blood vessels) is usually an inherited problem. Even young people can have unattractive red areas and spots on the face, especially on the cheeks and nose but also on the cleavage. Usually two to three treatments, with a minimum interval of six weeks between them are required to remove all blood vessels.

Direct sunlight should be avoided or strong sun protection worn one to two weeks after the treatment.

We will gladly provide you with advice on the most suitable procedure for you as well as on possible complications and risks.
