SMAS- Lifting:SMAS stands for Superficial-Muscular Apeneurotic System (=superficial connective tissue layer). In this method, a unit is re-modelled from muscle tissue, supporting tissue and blood vessels which supports the epidermis. The surgical cut is made behind the ear, from the upper auricle to the earlobe.

MACS-Lifting:MACS stands for Minimal Access Cranial Suspension. This lifting is less invasive than other procedures. The scar is shorter than in other face lift procedures. The scar follows the hairline and is almost invisible.

Depending on the extent of the procedure, the treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, under semi-conscious sedation or also under general anaesthetic.

As an alternative to the surgical correction of the face and neck, we also offer treatments with radio frequency XXX or fractional laser XXX which lead to a gentle tightening of the skin without an operation.
