The only way of permanently enlarging the breasts is still through an operation. Even a breast enlargement with a filler such as hyaluronic acid must receive regular follow-up treatment, which results in significantly higher costs.

Silicone implants are normally used. Depending on the body measurements and the patients' requests, the corresponding pads are inserted under the breast, through the nipple or above the armpit.
The implants are filled with cross-linked silicone gel and have an abraded surface so that they feel natural.

Hereditary or other breast deformities or asymmetry can also be significantly improved through the use of the same or different breast implants. Hereditary deformities include tubular breasts, tuberous breasts or thoracic cage deformities, toname but a few. Different breasts can also result fromoperations (e.g. breast cancer) or  accidents. Alternatively, such deformities can today be corrected very well with autologous tissue.

In some cases, the combination of a breast enlargement and a breast lift (e.g. after pregnancy) may be necessary in order to achieve an optimal result. This operation is carried out under general anaesthetic.
